12 응급실에서 어지럼증의 대뇌혈관기원을 확인하기 위한ABCD 점수의 유용성 배경과 목적어지럼증은 뇌혈관사건의 전조일 수 있다. ABCD 점수는 일과 성허헐발작과 이와 유사한 질환들을 구분함으로써 일과성허혈 발작 이후 환자들의 뇌졸중 위험도를 예측할 수 있다. 저자들 은 이 점수가 응급실에 어지럼증으로 내원한 환자들에서 얼마 나 뇌혈관사건을 예측할 수 있는지를 평가하였다.
